Stephen M. Gielowski

Mr. Gielowski founded the firm in 1993. Prior to that, he had gained extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation Law at the State Insurance Fund and various law firms. His career has been focused on Workers’ Compensation Law and Social Security Disability practice only.

Mr. Gielowski has lectured extensively in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law and is past president of the Erie County Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Committee. He has personally and successfully handled cases from the trial level through the Court Of Appeals.

Mr. Gielowski is currently retired from full time practice, but continues to lend his years of experience to the firm.
